In any @blackstuffespana SOCIAL MEDIA POST, AS A PAID AD, OR IN ANY FORUM. (Subtitles / Comments)
On any coupon/discount website like reddit.com
On any third party website.
** Keep it cool and under control. Consequences of posting your code elsewhere will result in denial of payment for sales made and suspension or deferral of the BLACKS TUFF Spain affiliate program.**
Program Behavior Requirements:
All active Ambassadors/Representatives must represent the company in a positive manner in and out of the program.
Example: A representative of BLACK STUFF Spain who declares their affiliation with BLACKSTUFF Spain on their social media pages must not speak badly or attack others on social media or they could be expelled from the BLACK STUFF Spain representative program.
Behavior that interferes with or undermines the level of teamwork and collegial respect that are essential to a safe group environment will be expelled from the program. People who promote violence, hate speech, weapons, drugs, etc. they will also be rejected or deleted.
Relationship:
This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and BLACK STUFF Spain. You will provide services to BLACK STUFF Spain as an independent contractor. You will have no authority to bind yourself to the company in any way. BLACK STUFF Spain will not be responsible for any taxes that you owe arising from your relationship with BLACK STUFF Spain as established in this Agreement. BLACK STUFF Spain will not withhold any tax from commissions paid to you.
Confidentiality:
Any information to which you are exposed by virtue of your relationship with BLACK STUFF Spain under these terms and policies, which information is not available to the general public, will be considered confidential information of the company. You may not disclose any confidential company information to any person or entity, except as required by law, unless you obtain the prior written consent of BLACK STUFF Spain for such disclosure.
Sales:
Due to limitations between the Refersion and WIX integration, BLACK STUFF Spain does not approve ANY commission payments during scheduled sales dates hosted on the BLACK STUFF Spain website.
